When we decided to sell our home, we had several items that were very important to us. First, we had already purchased our new home, therefore, we needed to select someone we trusted to complete this transaction quickly. Second, we wanted someone who would handle the transaction, from beginning to end, and possessed the experience to handle anything that may occur within the transaction. Lastly, we needed an individual, who had decades of experience in the luxury real estate market, someone who routinely handled multi-million-dollar transaction on a daily basis.
We are happy to report that Matthew Brimhall and MDB Realty, Inc. exceeded our expectations throughout this transaction and that we would strongly recommend Matthew Brimhall and his firm, MDB Realty, to anyone looking to their sell home.
Additionally, we were very impressed that MDB Realty was completely invested in what we were looking for as a seller. Any item that was important to us, became vitally important to him.
Furthermore, Matthew took the time to complete detailed due diligence on our home and the market, which enabled him to select a listing price, for our home, that was higher than we first thought possible. We were happy to see that Matthew was much more focused on securing the most money that he could for our family than he was on securing a quick sale for his firm. Throughout the transaction, we aways felt that he had our best interest in mind.
Lately, Matthew did an amazing job of updating us throughout the transaction. We were never left to wonder was occurring next within the transaction or what we need to do. His communication skills are truly remarkable and appreciated.
We are grateful to have sold our home through Matthew Brimhall and MDB Realty and highly recommend that you do that as well.
Crystal was amazing in helping me find my dream home! She explained the entire process to me and helped me along the way with every detail and question that I had. Crystal was able to secure a great price on my home and I couldn't imagine going through the process without her assisting me. I was in great hands the entire time!
This agency is superior. I was so thankful for the service and communication was demonstrated and used the whole time we worked with them! And I felt informed the whole time through the buying and selling of our home and didn't feel ditched. We felt very supported and found exactly what we wanted! Seriously, thank you guys so much!!! 5 stars all day.
