I had an amazing first-time buying experience. If I had chosen a different Realtor® team my experience would have been the opposite. I will only use the Brimhall-Packer team in the future. I highly recommend them. It's not just how professional and knowledgeable they are. I was most impressed with their accountability and follow-through that went well beyond the day escrow closed.

Most keep wanting you to reduce your price, of course, to get a quick commission, not Matt. He told us all along we were positioned with the right price, we just needed the right buyer. Sure enough, the mister right buyer came along and Matt worked with us step by step to close a wonderful sale. My husband and I truly recommend him.

I was referred to MDB Realty by one of my good friend in Las Vegas. My family was in the process of moving to Las Vegas when my husband received a new job and we had a very short window to secure a home for our family. Understanding the time crunch I was in, MDB Realty sprung into action and sent me a list of five homes to choose from within a few hours. Once we selected a home, MDB Realty inspected the home we liked, negotiated with the owner, and were able to complete all of the paperwork in an amazingly efficient manner. We asked Matt to sell our home in Las Vegas. Although we lived in a very nice neighborhood, the only sales in the last two years were short sales. Worse, the short sales were sold at much less than we were looking to achieve from our house. However, once we retained MDB Realty, the firm went to work, conducted an exhaustive market study, and determined the exact price that they believed would enable us to sell our house. We are happy to report that not only did our house sell at a higher price than the short sales but the transaction was completed in less than 21 days. There are individuals who you can trust and then there are individuals who you trust to deliver. Matt and the entire MDB Realty team fit in the second category. We will be forever grateful.
When I met with MDB Realty, I was a little down. I had my heart set on living in a specific area and no matter how hard I tried, I simply could not find a home to rent. In fact, for four weeks, I followed a broker around who promised to show me a home to rent. But sadly, after investing 28 days working with this individual, I was still empty-handed. Then I found MDB Realty. Within four short hours, not only did they find a house I loved, but I had turned in my application and was on my way to moving in.
