With over 25 years in the Las Vegas Valley, Megan Foley has built her career and her life around helping others make confident, informed decisions about their homes, finances, and futures. Originally from the Seattle area, Megan moved to Las Vegas in 1999 to attend UNLV and be closer to family. While earning a dual degree in Financial Services and Marketing, she also gained hands-on experience at the New York Stock Exchange. This opportunity helped shape her deep understanding of markets, investments, and client service.

 

Megan spent nearly a decade in the mortgage industry, guiding clients through complex financial transactions. Following the housing market crash, she transitioned into personal and commercial insurance before ultimately pursuing her true passion: real estate. Today, she combines financial expertise, marketing insight, and a strong service ethic to help buyers and sellers navigate the ever-changing Las Vegas real estate market.

She takes the time to truly understand each client’s unique needs, goals, and priorities, because buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction; it’s a major life decision. Her mission is to make the process as smooth, stress-free, and successful as possible. When she's not helping clients, Megan is likely on the sidelines of a soccer field. Her schedule is joyfully packed with her son Kellan’s club and high school soccer commitments. Megan is also an active supporter of local organizations, including the Boys and Girls Club of Las Vegas, The Shade Tree, and Catholic Charities.
